“The biggest value we offer is alignment: among an organization’s operations, technical solutions, strategy, financial performance and vision. We often discover people and departments don’t realize they’re ‘rowing in different directions’ on issues. After identifying limiting practices, clarifying communications and solidifying solutions, companies find money—and emerge stronger from the process.”
- Venn has over 20 years of helping more than 100 companies in 6 countries leverage their technology to reduce risk, increase operational efficiency & streamline financial reporting.
- Venn bridges the operational business with finance & accounting requirements to design IT solutions leveraging existing technology.
- Venn gets behind the numbers and listens to the voices of the business.
- Venn is fast, trusted, respectful, cross functional and dedicated.
Venn Strategy Group identifies and remedies exposure around financial and operational processes. The company was established to service a significant need that founder Gary Grossman recognized during his more than 20 years of helping companies reduce risk, increase operating efficiency, and streamline financial reporting. He created Venn Strategy Group to offer the methodology of checks and balances he honed as a COO and global operations/business systems leader working with Fortune 100 companies such as Coca-Cola and Chase, as well as privately held businesses including Distributoys.
“My passion is to understand what is needed and the why within an organization,” he says. “Most companies only look at the symptoms rather than the causes. I challenge assumptions, clarify processes, and train people to create and maintain internal controls that provide the information they need to make good decisions.”
With a demonstrated track record, Venn’s clients regularly invite them back to their headquarters and subsidiaries around the world. Venn Strategy Group was built from the wisdom from helping more than 100 companies find money hidden within their operations. |

"Gary and I worked together for over a year; he was referred to me by my most trusted adviser. I needed someone who could hover above the fray, monitor the troops and keep things in line. Gary is very determined and very focused on the tasks that are at hand. His work ethic and integrity are unassailable. I would definitely work with Gary again.
